Job Summary

Support and assist in the IT function at Waaree Group, one of India's leading solar energy and renewable energy conglomerates. The Associate Engineer - IT is responsible for ensuring high-quality outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and contribution to Waaree's mission of accelerating India's clean energy transition. This role operates within Waaree's large-scale solar manufacturing, EPC, and energy solutions ecosystem and requires strong domain expertise, execution discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage / support IT infrastructure, applications, and digital systems for Waaree Group.
2. Administer ERP (SAP / SuccessFactors), IT systems, and enterprise applications.
3. Ensure IT security, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance.
4. Manage IT helpdesk, incident management, and service delivery for end users.
5. Support digital transformation, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
6. Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA governance.
7. Coordinate with business units for IT requirements, system enhancements, and rollouts.
8. Prepare IT MIS, system availability reports, and project dashboards.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics / Chemical as applicable).
M.Tech or MBA is preferred for senior roles.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in the related function.
